It might be a good idea to get this settled asap. Cuz from what have been said, I can see 2 out of 3 people involved in this transaction can be arrested for dealing in stolen property and one car that can be impounded and sold at police auction. And Marshall, I was gonna vouch for you being a good person but I decided not to cuz anyone that has met or kicked some HALO ASS with you knows that already. And also we all need to remember that people are good by nature we all just make poor choices at some point in life (some more than others). Life is to long and to hard to always make the good or the right choices all the time. All good people have a past and all bad people have a future and the only thing that matters is what out weights the other in the end once it's all said and done. Marksman I truly hope it all works out for you and Cam I hope things get better for you, but all that has been said here is just part of the game we play to make it from day to day. With the economy in the dumps, unemployment on the rise, and peoples homes being taken form them by the banks and mortgage companies that scammed us all, and not being able to trust our own government or local police (THE BIG PIC) it's sad that on such a small level (TR) witch isn't even a whole pixel compared to the (BIG PIC) we can't find some happiness in our love for cars.

cops wont do shit, theyll say sorry. just like when my car was towed illegally. titled/registered/tagged/parked outside my townhome. i woke up one morning , it was gone without notice (which they have to notify you)
cops said, theres nothing we can do.

thats why cams acting like this. i guess ill give it a shot even tho i cant stand the idea of me going to the police for ANYTHING after the shit they put me through

I've learned that if you think there is something the cops should be able to do about it, and the officer you are dealing with says there isn't, then to get that cop's badge number and get a superior officer involved. and just work your way up the food chain until something happens. 9 out of 10 times, there is a lot they can do, just are just too lazy to do it. All cops are not created equal. A lot of them are just traffic cops than can only hand out speeding tickets. Those cops don't like getting their hands into anything. But usually their boss or even boss's boss will make something happen.
