Default Complain about your springs

If someone has bought Eibach (pro or sport), S Tein's or H & R let me know if you had unsatisfaction or something I should be aware of. Maybe the something was sent right...the rear would apper to be lower than the front is something I read on H &R springs...

Also if you have one of the springs that I mentioned let me know if you have no complaints.

Side note: As I posted in the classified section i want to buy SE wheels so I can do the big brake upgrade ...are there any inexpensive decent wheels that will clear the upgraded brake install?

Honeslty after I have had my coilovers. All Spring and shock combinations are inferior. I know people dont want to save the extra class, but its deffintaly worth it. I have had Tein Stechs and RSR race Springs. RSR wasnt bad, but again nothing compared to coilovers. Sit wait, save, be happy. Chepaest wheels that will clear Z32 coilovers will be 92 SE 7 spoke stock wheels.

not everyone is a drifter that requires $xxxx suspension mods. His plan is quite similar to mine, 95% street use. Coilovers are overkill for that honestly. I agree coilovers are worth it if the goal is to get the most out of them.

My example for myself, being similar to his, is that im way too lazy to really adjust the ride height on my car or actually mess with dampening settings. it would be nice if i made it to all the drift or autocross events, but for just ripping it up on the street, i cant justify that money spent.

im pretty happy with my eibach pro kits, they arent very low, and are pretty stiff for not being a coilover.
i am selling them just to go with coilovers, or else id keep them.

a spring i was pleasently shocked by were the suspension techniques i had on my se-r. they rode very very well, and werent bouncy in the least, and i autocrossed the car as well.

One of my best friends recommended suspension techniques...I would take his advice except two factors...1) the lowest setting i've seen is 1.3 drop for the S Techniques. 2) Seems that very few vendors carry them...actually I think I only seen them at Enjuku...where did you get yours?

automotive engineering.
yeah, they arent a huge drop by any means, but close to the eibachs, and a better ride for daily driving type stuff, in my opinion.

S-techs vs. decent coilovers- the coilovers owned the s-techs in every respect except for ride harshness and cost. Handling with the coilovers is much better. My opinion- coilovers can be livable at lower shock settings and handle much better, so you might as well go with them if you can.

+1 on what dan said. I'm running Eibach sport lines (the lowest of the two). You can see sort of what it looks like in my sig or better yet here in this pic. I am satisfied with them although they definately need a set of struts with them. As far as the back sitting lower than the front, most springs are made like 1.5" drop up front and like 1.2" in rear to compensate for the different height of the front and back of the car. Maybe I have the numbers backwards but either way the front and back drop height should be different. I think the SPortLines are a cheap way to go to improve the looks and handling of your car.
