S14 Window amps..... do they go out often?

I just put my car back together after painting it. I did take off the doors and stuff to do the jambs cause I changed the color. My left window will not roll down now, I do hear a clicking sound coming from the window motor amp. I'm not the best when it comes to electrical so I thought I would run it across you guys. I appreciate any info you can give me.

when it clicks its usually means that the motor window went out

Really? I just took the doors off to paint the car and now the window motor goes out....my luck

yeah man, shit happens. my brother's Z did the same thing. and he didn't even pull it all the way out, he just replaced the glass, but that moving shit around was just the right amount of force, in just the right way and the motor took a shit.
