My question:
Are carbohydrates really that bad for you? Our whole lives we've been told about the food groups and how you need 8-12 servings per day. Were we really being lied to all these years?

Is the fall in carbohydrate consumption to blame for the downturn in the US economy due to the lack of sales of grains?

im not real sure about how healthy it is, but id imagine that something grown as a plant is still better than eating an animal. just not as tasty.
