The Largest Street Gang in America
my quote on originally posted forum....
umm... how many times in the video did we see "Officers Cleared"... every single time...
some cops are great, some cops are assholes....
i have two main problems with law enforcement-
1- the abuse of power and the lack of humanity.... i've been to jail, been arrested, 7 out of10 LEOs treat you like you're inhuman.. in the jail it's worse, you get treated like cattle, a number, nothing else.. i understand that there's a lot of douche bags, crack heads, dealers, pedophiles that are dealt with, but not everyone is the same... while in jail, I'd listen to stories, from guys, just like you and i, about how a cop found a dime bag of reefer, and proceeded to slam the guy on the ground, knee to the neck, even with no resistance... most "offenders" pretty much surrender when it get's time for an arrest.. that doesn't stop the cop from saying "STOP RESISTING" and pulling out the taser... our hard earned tax dollars put food on their table... and yet we get treated as cattle... there's no case by case basis much anymore.... i've had a few run ins where the LEO was great, listened to my story, cut me a break and "let me go"... once for doing 30mph over the speed limit, no ticket.... once, i "evaded" an officer for 5 blocks, i had a suspended license, and wanted to get my car home so it wouldn't get towed when i went to jail LOL... anyways, i made it home, and he pulled in behind me, i was completely honest with him about why i didn't stop, even after verbal orders, and siren woops... and ya know what? he let me go, with not a single ticket, or anything, and that was in GA!!!!! now in gainesville, when i had my prelude, i got stopped my ASO for my headlight being out, it had blown earlier in the evening and i was on my way to wall mart for a replacement, i told him such, and he gave me a verbal warning and let me go.. not 5 blocks away, once in GPDs jurisdiction, i got pulled over for the head light, i told the officer i was just pulled over not 3 minutes earlier by ASO, and all he said, was "well that's not my jurisdiction, this is, now please sign this citation sir"
2- "the code" yes, i understand covering for your "fraternal order" but IMO in some cases it's bull shit... and what happens, is it's makes the good cops, just as bad as the bad cops they "cover".... say the above cop who let me go, even after "eluding" him for 5 blocks, a week later turned the other cheek when he found a fellow officer date raping a high school girl... that completely negates how cool he was with me, just to cover a fellow officer.... what's the phrase? one sour apple spoils the bunch? with offciers, there's no accountability, unless the evidence is undeniable, even then, cops aren't usally charged with anything, at most, termination from the dept. or leave w/out pay... but yet citizens, with a small bag of personal reefer, get locked up, and lives ruined... minor traffic infractions to into full blown arrests, students go to jail for open containers at a football game...
"the code" gives even the best of officers a bad name... that's why, no matter how cool you are, hang out after work and drink beer, watch the game, you're still going to be a cop, there will always be that edge there, always the image of rodney king, always remembering that one cop years ago who gave you a $150 ticket for doing 5mph over the speed limit on the highway...

I didn't read all the rants. I didn't watch more than 4 minutes of the video. Basically all that I saw were a bunch of people that couldn't mind their own business, and others that can't do what they're told.
If you can watch a movie like this and be convinced that the police are out to get everyone and abuse their powers, you're a blank sheet of paper lacking any logic or conviction. But, congrats on having the focus to sit in one place for 56 minutes.

No, Ginger! For the last time I will not have sex with you. It always sucks when you are on the opposite side of the law, but all I am saying is try to walk a mile in their shoes or experience something similar before you talk shit. When I went over to Iraq the first time I was all motivated and wanted to help all the good people over there. But after a couple of my buddies got shot and it seems like everyone is shooting at you, I just said fuck it, and kill em all. I can see the same thing happening to a cop. You go to work and risk your life everyday and you always get this shit in return. That can turn a heart cold really quick.
I am just speaking from my experience. I have had bad experience with cops as well. We all have. All I am saying, is don't judge the many, based on the actions of a few. I'm done with this thread.
yea some cops are there to help.... BUT FUCK THAT SHIT like i always say FTP there dirty there ignorant and fuck them. I would love to see these guys that are beating people lose the badge bet they wont do it then...

the few good cops, covering for the bad, makes them just as bad.. just cause they're all "cops"..
just cause we're all nissan enthusiasts, doesn't keep people from talking shit about 240's with sportmax 962, or my suspension,or speed cats idiocy..
hell.. fuck me, come to think about it, if the nissan community was more like the "Fraternal Order", we'd prob be much better off than honda guys, no shit talking etc.......
instead, we have project bashing, price bashing (of which i myself an guilty of), parts bashing, personality bashing, intelligence bashing (overall, insert Tim Aldrich all all above "bashing") and that's what we have...
imagine if the nissan community covered each other like cops do... right or wrong...
wow im so disappointed by the way some ppl behaves at the first glance of power. i would believe that something like this would happen in a 3rd world country but is just sad to see it here...
