I hate the fact that theyre no longer to protect and serve.. its more like to fuck peoples lives up and do whatever the fuck they wanna do. With great power comes greater responsibility and 90 percent of cops abuse there power to the greatest extent. I hate saying it because i believe that there are good cops out there but fuck the police. Its just not right, Also with the stupid code of silence bullshit theres no telling what kind of stuff they've gotten away with that we don't even know about. It makes me sick to my stomach. That video probably just brushed the surface of whats really out there.

 

You guys have to look at it from both points. Yes, some cops do abuse their power for no good reason, but for the other cops it is just an evolution that has occurred over there years of service. You put yourself in a hostile enviroment every day and your outlook and your biases will change. I am sure most of them started out with the right idea and wanting to help people, but after some of their friends get shot by young little crack heads, and they get stabbed by an elderly woman whom they didn't expect to be violent, you start to assume everyone is out to get you and don't take anymore chances. I am not justifying the brutality and the abuse of power, I just want you guys to realize what THEY go through. And this video is very bias, because it doesn't show the thousands of good things that cops has done, just the bad things.

 

After I saw the video Looks like I will be playing some GTA San Andreas. Cops just think there are above the law.

 

well quagmire it doesn't matter how many good things cops do..the bad usually overshadows the good anyway..what we need to do is, stop the cops from being assholes and abusing there power. Its not impossible, it is just going to take alot of effort. IMO i think the point of the video was to educate the people who don't know and for people to take action, because we do have some what of a say in what goes on.. it might not be much but the people can actually change things. our strength would be in numbers thats what this video wants is us to unite and change things. cause that shit aint right...Did you watch the whole video quagmire? There was a women who was being questioned in a room and the cop shuts the video camera off and as soon as it turns back on the woman is dead on the floor, the cop raped and killed her atleast thats what it looked like. but the camera some how only caught the beginning and end. That right there is disgusting. Its up to you guys to read between the lines and to really see whats going on out there.

 

I didn't read all the rants. I didn't watch more than 4 minutes of the video. Basically all that I saw were a bunch of people that couldn't mind their own business, and others that can't do what they're told.

If you can watch a movie like this and be convinced that the police are out to get everyone and abuse their powers, you're a blank sheet of paper lacking any logic or conviction. But, congrats on having the focus to sit in one place for 56 minutes.

 

Well maybe you should read the rants. no offense but thats not what i got from the video at all. and thats not the point. but as much as i can agree that cops are not out to get us. I also have to differ to the fact that we should just ignore there bullshit and we shouldn't do anything about it. IMO

No, Ginger! For the last time I will not have sex with you. It always sucks when you are on the opposite side of the law, but all I am saying is try to walk a mile in their shoes or experience something similar before you talk shit. When I went over to Iraq the first time I was all motivated and wanted to help all the good people over there. But after a couple of my buddies got shot and it seems like everyone is shooting at you, I just said fuck it, and kill em all. I can see the same thing happening to a cop. You go to work and risk your life everyday and you always get this shit in return. That can turn a heart cold really quick.
