Im soaking up all info on a GTI-R swap into a 97 Nissan Sentra. I know it possible; several people have it. I need all the help i can get. Ive heard that Jay Whitely, Steve Baker, Darren Wilson, and Slip Stream can swap engines. Im in sarasota btw.
1. Whos the the better swapper/best priced person?
2. Where can i get my hands on a beautiful GTI-R engine, preferribly kitted (engine, trans, ecu, wiring harness,... you know)??
I just wanna get your opinions... ill probably call all 4 people about the swap... if anyone has numbers, that would be awsome. And so far, jgy customs looks like the best place to get a GTI-R Engine. But im lookin for opinions and help. thanks guys. lata

 

well, you have to ujse the usdm transmission out of an SE-R, so you dont need to get a jdm transmission.

best person? who knows. do it yourself and learn some.
