hey obviously im not real mechanicaly inclined but i jsut ptu a new fan clutch in my car and now its makeing liek a loud wining/remote controll car sound everytime my engine revs cna anyoen fill me in on wtf this is?

 

the fan is not disengaging. i think you got the install wrong.

 

well i only droveit from my hosue down the block then i got on it and jsut drove it back aorudn my neighborhood and took it home
