I Got my FUll Poly kit At auto zone for my Crx and now Just bought it for this 89 hatchback im building it comes with every bushing and insert you can think of took me 2 1/2hours to do everything but you can till the diff when turning and hitting bumps

nah i believe they give road racing quality alignments.. I'll be going there if i ever get another project car off the ground

pdm-racing.com is having a deal on the complete bushing kits for both the s13 and s14, price varies from 270-290 depending on car and to do the whole kit it will take roughly 8 horrible hours of labor
