help with ecu
I installed an sr20det red top and the wiring harness that came with the engine. I had to splice in the Z32 mass but other than that nothing else. I didn't realize i didn't hook up the ground cable to the block and i tried to start the engine. now the starter tried to engage but didn't crank over. Not sure if that's when I smelled burning wire or after i connected the neg cable to the block. Now the fuel pump, power to injector ect. but would not fire. The ecu is a E6 with a rom tune, yes i know E6 is for a redtop automatic, but mine is a manual. I took a picture of the diode that got brunt. any clue what it might of controled.
