Default S13 Emissions Removal help

Hey guys, havent been on here for a while. Been working my ass off and ordering parts for my car blah blah.

My brake line went to shit last week so I decided to park the car and tear it apart. I've had my head gasket and bolt/stud set sitting in my room forEVER, so im redoing it.
As of right now, I have both the upper and lower intake manifold removed, the EGR is hanging by the pipe lol I need a bigger wrench to get it off. I've got the write-ups for emissions delete from NICO handy, but I cannot for the life of me find any information on all the crap from the Charcoal canister, all the crap on the exhaust side.
I see two vaccum lines running from the canister to a valve with an electrical connection, then up to that stupid looking box thingy. Then there's a metal pipe running from that into the exhaust mani.

So, what the hell do I do with all that? like I said I cant find any directions on what to do, I have it all disconnected up that point, I wanted to wait until I found more information.

I can get some pictures up if you want them, but if you know your S13's, you should know what I'm talking about, and if you've done a complete emissions delete, then I DEFINETLY want to talk to you.

If you can and want to help me, I plan on making a complete guide on how to do this, from taking off the manifold to complete delete, I'm so sick of finding half ass bits and pieces of shit.

The only vacuum line that needs to stay is the FPR at the end of the fuel rail. Take the EGR pipe off, and put a plug in the manifold. Or cut the fitting off the pipe and thread it back into the exhaust with a nickel under it to seal it. On the other side of the EGR at the manifold I just take a piece of scrap metal, or an aluminum can or something and cut a block off plate. Take the EGR valve off, put the blockoff plate on and bolt the EGR valve back down.

Everything else can go...I pulled all the metal line unders the manifold, including some of the coolant lines. I left the SCV however.

Yeah see I totally understand what your saying with all of that, that's exactly how I plan to go about it, although I'll be ordering the ISIS block off plate to delete the EGR components completely. Pull the pipe off the EGR and the exhaust mani and block it, check. I've seen all of the lines that get blocked and deleted so I think I've got a good grip on that, just keep the vac for the FPR, gotcha.

I guess I'll have to get some pictures, on the exhaust manifold side, there is that box, next to the P/S resivoir, there is a metal pipe running from that to the exhaust mani, it's seperate from the EGR pipe. Do I do the same for that? And from that black box deal there is something with some vac lines and an electrical connection running underneath of it, then finally from that to the charcoal canister. Does all of that just get ripped out? It sounds like you've done it before so you gotta know what I'm talking about. The only reason I'm so concerned is because of the electrical connection, it seems like a sensor or something like that.

Keep the canister and lines to/from it.

Everything else get rid of, block off, weld up.

No way man, that can't be right, the lines running to the canister from the intake Mani are supposed to be blocked off. And I've got a buddy that had his canister and all the crap running from it deleted. The problem is that I'm not really good friends with him anymore and I'd hate to call him to look at his car after not speaking to him for so long.
Com'on guys, I'm not trying to be annyoing but I know this stuff has to be deleted. Someone has to know what I'm talking about and how to get rid of it.

You do NOT need to keep the canister whatsoever. You DO however need to make sure that the line from the firewall to the canister is pointed DOWN. It is a fuel line that does carry pressure.

You mean the one that comes directly from the bottom of the canister? That's the only hardline that runs to the firewall from there.
So I can take out that box and delete the valve beneath it? I think its called the PAIRV

the pairv is the butterfly flapper system inside the intake manifold itself. If you want you can call me and ask away, i've done quite a few emissions removals. 7272028148

No shit you dont NEED to keep the vapor canister.

But you fkning morons are going to run around with your car smelling like a lawnmower because of the fuel vapors that arent being burned by the engine like they're supposed to.

Just delete every one of those tiny vacuum lines except for the FPR and IACV. Delete all those canisters/metal pipes/boxes/butterflies/voodoo vagina witchcraft magic/etc
