need a few things identified on s13...electrical
This module that sits up above the ECU...

This plug that is by the TPS plug...

What's the purpose is 2 TPS plugs? Isn't one harness w/ 2 plugs for OBDII? S14 harness maybe?

Pretty sure they are auto tranny shift control unit and the plug that mounts to an obd2 dohc ka intake manifold.
So this extra harness that I have then is an s14 harness? That module, I've had in every s13 that I've owned. Several manual trans and 2 auto trans. There's a white plug for it that is connected to the engine harness, (upper harness, female plug). The male portion is connected to the engine bay chassis harness, (male). Both male and female come into the cabin. The module then has a blue plug that directly fastens to the module.

Looks like that box has some part numbers on it, try looking them up?

Never thought to look at the numbers much less google them. Search came up w/ it being the transmission computer. Welp, that wiring is getting snatched out. Any ideas on the plug in the second picture in my hand? I'm thinking it has something to do w/ the IACV or something in that region.

s13 A/T control....s14 A/T box is in the drivers side footwell above the fusebox. S14 TPS plug is a regular nissan clip on...not that old-school Mitsu crap with the metal retainer.
*edit* ah ya beat me lol.
Also it looks like thats an auto TPS...or maybe a single cam? lol

I've never seen an s13 harness w/ 2 TPS plugs, which in this case, I have 2 TPS plugs. I just went w/ the one that I'm more familiar w/, which is the male/female plastic plug. I eliminated the one w/ the retainer clip. I'm now trying to figure out the plug in the second picture.

S13 Transmission control
not 100% sure just off of memory. Initial thought was that it would be the plug for the CAS on the dizzy, but I don't remember that plug looking like that. The fact that it is ziptied to the tps plug is throwing me off. The only plug that I can remember that is supposed to be there is that bigger plug that goes right by the throttle body, I believe for the IACV and EGR and all that stuff. It could be for something dumb, like around the fuze/relay box. Could even be one of the plugs that goes up towards the headlight. I remember a gray one and a red one that went up there. don't quote me though, its been a while since I've even looked in a 240 engine bay. Let alone dealt with plugs.
One is for the ecu, the other is for the automatic tranny control. the one for the ecu is a variable voltage sensor, where as the other one is just a switch. IIRC, it is to tell the auto tranny unit when the throttle is closed
that white plug is the body connector plug. runs the instrument panel and all that fun stuff.

My second picture, the one w/ the green zip tie, that plug belongs in that region. I have multiple zip ties throughout the harness so nothing losses it's place. I'm thinking that the plug in question is for something around the IACV region. The white plug, that's not for the dash instruments. One of the connectors are on the engine bay chassis harness.
