Default S13 sr cold start bogging down

ive got a s13 w/ s13 sr and upon cold starts it idles but when i slightly give it gas is boggs down and wants to die. If i get it moving its fine, but when stopping the rpms drop and it dies. Anyone have any ideas? Im just as work thinking about it, thought id post it up on here.

Mine does this too. Never really thought about it. But then again I always let my car warm up first.

i usually let it warm up too but it shouldnt have such a low idle at when warming up i would thing. like almost dying. havent checked ecu for codes yet. just replaced plugs w/ bkr7e's. I would think it might be an issue with my alternator, because the lights flicker on the cluster, and so do the headlights until it warms up. like it might be going bad?
