leaks on the BOV can make the car run like total shit, fix that leak and see what happens.

does it stop every time at the same rpm? if it does, CAS is bad/going bad and is in limp mode. Does it only happen under boost conditions? then its missfiring so, coil packs, spark plugs, fuel. fairly simple.
stock turbo?
i deleted my bov, it ran like jesus...my leaking bov netted me about 6-10 mpg
after i deleted it, i got about 27 mpg. not great for your turbo, but ehh
I also had the same issue when i was using a carter replacement fuel pump....drove fine until about 3k in boost, then it would lean out badddddd
ps: i asked if its stock turbo, just because i wouldnt run comp surge on a nice expensive turbo

check vacuume (sp?) lines to fuel regulator. if you have access to a halfway decent obd scanner, look at live data. It will give you a value for your maf. see what it does. also while looking at live data make sure all the other numbers look correct, like coolant temp and all that good stuff.
