Exclamation sr20det help needed

put my first sr red top in my s13 and it runs......OK. its been running "ok" 4 about 2 weeks. "ok" isnt good enough 4 me. builds boost and pulls til boost is done building. once it hits 14psi it goes down to like 10psi. sometimes it goes to like 17psi and goes back down. newayz, it quits pulling after boost is built, its sluggish, it sux. vaccum read +-0 at idle and as i give it a lil tap of throttle it goes down to like -5 or so. shouldnt it be like -20 at idle? does this mean vaccum leak. bov is set tight. hks wastegate actuator, timing is dead nutz, fmic, all wiring is correct. ive done boosted cars b4 but never a factory turbo car so any help is much appreciated. thnx

def a vaccum issue. should be -20 at idle. check your vaccum lines. freshalloy.com ftw when it comes to shit like this.

ok.... i quadruple checked vac lines, charge piping, and gaskets. no leak. could it be timing related? like intake cam or xhaust cam is not right? w/ my timing light, it reads -15 degrees. i read some places say to unplug tps to check timing but this just kills my engine. no codes either. ne info would help thanx.

btw, i had to notch out cam angle sensor to get timing at -15 degrees. the closest i could get it before notching it out was -20 degrees. it didnt matter how i installed the cam angle sensor it would never get to -15. i so confused.

1 inch of mercury = 0.03386 bar
so -20inHg=-.6772 bar
