i really don't give two shits, but if it's the 4:08, i'll keep it for DD, if it's the J30 pile of shit, it's gone....

i noticed the wheels didn't lock in free spin like my other VLSDs did, i had to jerk the wheel/driveshaft to get the other to spin with, worn out ass fuckhole VLSD

Drop differential, open case, rotate outputs until you can read the two numbers stamped on the ring gear. Divide the larger number by the smaller number and that's your ratio. Counting the pinion teeth and ring gear teeth and dividing them works too if you can't see the stamping but that involves taking the differential apart.

EX. For your case: 47/12 = 3.916 (j30 alert)

my lag is your courtesy head start

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

Gear Calculator

Use the calculator that says determine ratio. Put your info in and change the final drive box till you get the right gear ratio for the box you have...that is the final drive you are using.

Fuck jacking the car up. lol
