More 240sx Diff questions..

Is 1 of these:

240SX W/8 BOLT RING GEAR
R200 W/12MM BOLTS

a VLSD diff and the other an 'OPEN' diff?

If you can get a pic of the internal's of the diff I can tell you in .5 seconds if its open or VLSD.

let me re-explain. I am looking at buying a 2way LSD. There are 2 options from which I must choose, they are:
240SX W/8 BOLT RING GEAR
R200 W/12MM BOLTS

Which would I choose if I currently have a VLSD?
Which would I choose if I currently have an OPEN diff?

will all the ring gears line up with the pinions? i know an equation that will tell u ur gear ratio if thats what ur wondering which would be better. Im not positive what you're asking charles!
