yes
they are better than the stock stuff.
for the money, better than replacing the worn out stock stuff with more rubber.
It won't make a OMGZ! kind of difference. but it still ought to be enough to notice.
Just make sure that the kit you're buying actually has the bushing that you want.
I think they sell a "master" kit and it really doesn't have the stuff you need in it. It is almost worth just ordering the exact ones you need as you need them. The kit, if I remember right, came with a bunch of odds and ends that you didn't really need.

Wouldn't that be more of a shock/damper/coilover issue? What are you running for shock/springs and such? I'd lean toward a damper upgrade to stop the hopping around.
Ive done the ES bushing and they improve the "feel" of the car...more of a "point and shoot" feeling. It makes it feel more connected to the road surface. If youre bouncing around due to bushings you might want to stop driving until you address that issue. Also, not know what your driving, if your cars up there in age (10+ yrs) you cant help but improve your car by doing the ES swap...the bushings on the car now are old and worn from the trashing.

its an s13. you're gonna fight wheel hop in one form or another pretty much always.
bad bushings can be a major cause of it.
a worn out damper will cause it too.
sub frame bushings will cause wheel hop.
Like rhart said, you stand to only improve the car seeing as how you're replacing parts that are old and worn out. so really, no matter what you do it will help.
Just don't have expectations of handing like an indy car just because you swapped out some bushings.
LOL..."Indy car...". Nice one Phil!
But yes...if its stock you have only one place to go and thats up, in quality of handling. Doing the rear arms and sub frame is labor intensive. If you dont mind grunting a little and enjoy the smell of burning rubber then this is a job for you. Its very straight forward and you might learn how your suspension works along the way. While your under there you might see some leaking struts/shocks too.
The master bushing kit for our cars isnt crazy expensive. Around the $150 is what you could expect to pay for it, more or less, depending on how fast you want it. If you dont want to do the kit then at a minimum do the front Tension Rods and maybe subframe collars or inserts (those can be had pretty cheap individually) and while its in the air shake things around to see where things are lose. You might scare yourself with what you find. And make sure you block the car up w/ jack stands or something so you're not swashed by your ride...lol.

ES kit all the way...
think about it, your car is a S13.. decades old, still on the road far beyond nissans life expectancy of the chassis, i had a buddy of mine do the tension rods, and FLCA's, and new front ball joints... the difference in the way the car drove and felt in the wheel was unbelievable... indy car? no, indy car type of inspiration? YES.. and that was just the front stuff...
a lot of of those "misc" random parts in the kit are not "random", they're to replace all the beat to shit 20 year old bushings in your other arms, the RLCA's, toes, RUCAs etc etc... so may not be used, others maybe... i know if i ever get around to doing it on the skyline, i'm going to replace EVERY bushing possible with the ES master kit... make the car feel tighter then when it drove off the dealer lot 20 years ago.

Depending on how bad off your supension condition is, it can feel like night and day, for sure. Very good bang for your buck too.

Depends on what your planned upgrades are, IMO, some people very much prefer the harder rubber nismo bushings vs poly, the master kit is cool and all but it doesnt include everything (no subframe bushings they're seperate), and usually everyone goes and upgrades : tension, ruca, toe, and possibly traction, so you buy the kit and end up with some lower control arm bushings and not much else.
I'd start with the subframe bushing kit, epstein has said enough that the spc rear arm kit works well, buy just the ES flca and rlca bushings, or rubber replacements, and some new balljoints, as well as a set of pbm or spl tension rods.
