Advance Auto Parts: Brake Caliper-Front by Remanufactured - Part 19-1400

better than the 150 a pair the usually go for...

you'd want to go to the store and put your hands on them first to make sure they are the aluminum ones and all of that. but that should be what you are lookin for.
I called Advanced and got a price of $119 loaded w/ pads which I didn't think was too bad. Do you have to change out all the hard lines or will I be ok with just changing out the soft lines with ss braided ones? As far as the rear, do I need to use the aluminum upright from the 300ZX or will the caliper bolt right up? I know you have to buy the backing plate with the ebrake assy.

rears, I honestly don't remember. I don't believe you need the aluminum upright as I recall them being the same, but I'm honestly not sure. Last time I did anything with these brakes outside of a z32, we were putting front 300zx calipers on all 4 corners of an FC RX7.
you need the 300zx hardline piece that actually bolts to the caliper. Thats why most people just swap the whole thing to the SS line that mates up with the hardline on the chassis and bolts up to the caliper.

as for the whole getting them loaded thing, it really isn't worth in IMO. The stick the cheapest pads they have in there. They are technically lower on the list than Wearever Silvers.

You can use OEM lines but you have to do some modding and you are still left with average stock lines then. Getting the SS lines is cheap and make sit easier while getting a better performance as well...

So how much of the hard lines should I replace? Are they a larger diameter?

Worn out rubber expands. = Softer pedal ,worse response

New or w/e stainless braided dont expand= Harder pedal, better/stronger response

Like burgy said just get the SS ones

And you dont need the z32 rear uprights, z32 calipers bolt to schassis ones.
