Radio used to turn on with headlights, now it doesn't.
orange = illumination
red= ignition
yellow= +12v constant
use a multimeter and test everything, find out what's getting power and what isn't then you'll have your problem, also double check to make sure the ground is still good, coulda fried the ground

honestly, without trying to make everything so difficult and into a time consuming process with having to trace wires and everything, your best bet mike, would probably just run your power wires (both red and yellow) yellow being constant, and just taping it into your fuse box by your foot. thats proly going to be the easiest way brotha.
