Take it to a welding shop, most "car shops" dont usually specialize in cast welding. But most actual welding shops will do it, and not bitch about it cause a weld is a weld to them.

Or just bolt it together right.

If you cant bolt your turbo to manifold, and not have it leak, without welding, you probably shouldnt be removing a turbo.

Thats some good coustomer survise but I should of asked to have him go ask Ranlet thinks about it.

$100 for 12 inches if welding sound like a good price?
That's the same shit they gave me when I called a long time ago about welding my diff.

As a welder, $100/hr isn't bad for shop prices, especially considering that you're working with cast iron and that requires certanium rods to be done correctly. Yeah, I know rods are cheap, but it's the welders skill and fab time you're paying for.

If you really want it done, spend the $100 and get it done properly.

Would be cheaper to get a good gasket instead like some have mentioned. Welding the turbine housing to the manifold is kind of extreme... but hey it will work too.

Extream is good! srt4's have their turbine housings built into the exhaust manifolds. I'm gonna take it apart then decide if I ever want to do it again or not.
