Remove your fuel pump fuse and try and start the car.

Oh this is weird, after I pulled codes, the CEL stayed on even after the key is off ??? WTF?

Use tiny alligator clips and ground all of the engine grounds from the negative terminal on the battery.

 

you say it starts up and runs fine for 15 seconds then seems like it runs out of fuel.
start it and within your 15 seconds run back to the fuel pump and hold a volt tester to it and see if it loses power to it and also listen to see if it just shuts off

 

what are you being sued for and why?
Sounds like your problem may be iacv or the temp sensor that goes to ecu maybe?

 

Just need to pay my Lawyer, leaving it at that and thats prob saying too much.
