I need cams installed and timing done

I have a nissan 200sx se-R. SR20DE engine. I need new cams installed and I need it re-timed. I live in riverview off big bend. I won't be able to drive anywhere because one of the cams are broken. No, one of my cams broke, so I have different ones to put in. But idk how to do it.
