Default Spoon feed me? Tired of searching with no luck

Disclaimer: Mystery electrical issue is causing any ecu I try in my car to not get power. This happened while my car was getting painted, and it drove to the painter but not from (WTF?). ECU's all work, even had my P1000 bench tested. No blown fuses, everything else electrical works inside the car. Maybe bad ECCS relay, who knows. (any guess as to why = awesome, I'm low on ideas)

Since I can't power up any sensors with the ecu, and I can't remember which wire goes to which pin on the TPS sensor plug, I have no way to figure it out. I also can't seem to find which is which on the Q45 TPS sensor. Anyone want to just tell me? Also, on the Q45 TB, there are two plugs on the tps. One is physically on the sensor, the other is off a pigtail. I can use that second plug right?

Grab a multimeter. Should be 1kohm when TPS is closed, 10kohm when TPS is open between pin 20 and ground.

As for the ECU power, start stepping through the FSm, specifically page EC-11.

Yea TPS plug is wired in and good to go. The haltech power issue was a matter of a bad patch harness.
