Hello all,

I had a chance to meet with Doug today after a long time of bashing ZFever based of off what I was told, not what I had experienced by their shop. I haven't posted here in quite some time, but I definitely owe Doug & ZFever a big apology for my past actions here on the board. Doug is a very nice, credible business man, with a boat load of knowledge in the Nissan automotive world, as well as any automotive for all that matters. Their new shop is really nice, and they definitely have steady business. That only tells me one thing - people trust them with their cars! In the future; I will too.


By the way, my car is for sale :

95 LP2 TTZX 162k on shell 400whp needs paint 7500$ obo, on CL for 7850 OBO. If you're interested, emailing me @ tt95zx@yahoo.com would be the best way to contact me. Car also comes with a motor that blew on startup I paid 3000$ for. Needs heads, thats it, and a rebuild. Bottom end has JE Pistons/Eagle rods. New water pump, thermostat, timing belt, etc.

Oh yeah Zfever, the guys that used RTV to hold up my buddys downpipe, took his car for numerous beat ass test drives, and charged him for parts later found to not be on the car. Oh also when getting his car back it smoked like a Semi, tore down the block to find a piston with a chunk missing and broken rings. Wasnt like that before the drop off hmmm.

Just for the record he thought the same about doug/the shop when going in to talk before hand.

I can say one thing Zfever is very good compared to half of the shop out there i have spent money a few times and it has been good every time hand down. Martin and the crew is the best and the only one that can touch my s14.......

There should be laws against lying slander like this.

Firstly, it is not true that you or anyone else has EVER seen me do drugs, I don't even take aspirin for God's sake! I am at my shop somewhere between 6am and 8am every day and work my ass off until at least 6shared_pm but am usually there until after 8shared_pm. I do not do drugs.
Secondly, I am at 4715 N Clark Ave M-F 8am-6shared_pm and Every other Sat from 9am-4shared_pm (the other Sat's I have my son and prefer to spend time being a good father). My name is Doug Mitchell and I invite anyone to come check us out for themselves and see what a good and solid business we run here. We have 40+ cars being built and repaired at all times.
I do not make up lies and hide behind screen names.

We have been in business for over 21 years now in the import tuner business and have managed to carve out a good reputation and to stay in business while others come and go, we remain. It is a lot of hard work.

Lastly, We prefer to always handle ourselves in a professional manner. If you honestly feel as though we have "ripped off your family for thousands of dollars" I would welcome the opportunity to discuss it and see if there was a misunderstanding or what the actual issue is.

We have become well know nationally for being a leader in the Import performance world. We have been published 15+ times in national magazines like Sport Compact Car, Import Tuner, Super Street, Modified, and Turbo Magazine. Our cars have won best of show at Hot Import Nights, NOPI, and other car shows. But most importantly, we have a large data base of 1000's of customers that have been coming to us for over 20 years. And that fact is the most important part of our business and something I am very proud of.
I also want to thank all those customers that come to us or have come to us for their patronage, for without them we could not have achieved any of this.
