i'm sorry, but if martin works there, then it can't be that bad of a place. I doubt he would stake his reputation working at a shady place.

and to their credit, they have been around for quite a while. everyone loved XAT but even they came and went. You can't look at any shop, performance or repair or quick lube and not find a list of mistakes. It is a ratio game. If you work on 1000 cars, a handful are going to have mistakes. The idea is getting that ration as small as possible. Everyone makes mistakes. Ask a doctor.

And no, I have never had work done @ ZFever, as stated, in the future if work needs to be done on my car, I will take it there... I need a tune soon . I had a good talk with Doug, and encourage people to take the man for his word. He's an honest person in my eyes and his business ethic and growth of business over the past 20+years definitely showcases that IMO...
