Here is one for ya...
Said he's got fuel pressure, provided he actually checked with a gauge, this is definetly a check, although he may have just heard the pump and assumed its got pressure, in that case time for a pressure gauge.
I'd bet its a ground.
or its the nissan ghost who fucks your day up just to put a smile on his face

my lag is your courtesy head start
ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

Verified fuel pressure with a guage. I checked grounds, added extra grounds with some jumper cables just to see if it was an issue. Car has sat for a very long time but I drained the tank out when i parked it... Just put 10gallons of brand new gas in it friday... I've got ~35 psi at idle... factory spec is 36psi

Its not going to be a compression issue. It ran perfectly. I dont see how the compression will magically go out over night. It does start up.. and does run great for about 4-5 seconds then just dies.. but if it makes people happy, i will get you compression numbers.
doesn't seem like a compression issue to me either, but might as well rule it out totally.
coolant temp sensor causes all kinds of crazy issues...
or it could be something totally crazy like the distributor shaft is warped and causing an issue with the CAS... Seen that one rather recently

plugs are brand new(less then an hour of run time), checked the tips, showing little signs of running rich, but over all good condition and no damage... ignition wire resistance is 16k-18k ohms... so we are good on that end
