ok im sure its been done but does an 13 rac fit into a 14

well i just did a little part number look up on auto zone they have the same part numbers for a 91 s13 and a 96 s14 so they should

the rack itself is the same, just the tie rods are different. The s14 ones are a bit beefer, they can be used interchangeable though

so does that mean less full turns to full lock or just more of a turning radius ??

It is a quicker ratio, less turns lock to lock and rumored to be more angle

S13 racks and S14 racks use different mounting bushings.
