Default Aftermarket gauges suggestions?

Im looking for peoples opinions on what brand they have/prefer or recomendations on what would suit my needs.

looking for straight forward, easy to hook up, cost effective gauges. i dont need shit that does fancy sweeps and broadway dances everytime i turn the car on. i want a gauge that acurately reads what the fuck my car is doing.

Tach, water temp, and oil pres.

i started looking at Autometer but they have a bazillion lines to choose from. so what brand/line do you have experience with? what do you like/dislike about them.

spanks

I just use a Prosport boost gauge. Reads accurately and are local. Plus $30-$40 gauges sound pretty good to me.

They also match pretty well with my stock gauges since I can run white/black.

I have talked to quite a few people that use Prosports, they all said they are fucking awesome. So when I get to that point, Im getting prosports.

if you don't get the most legit/expensive gauges you possibly can, you're doing it wrong... at least that's what everyone tells me....

i've used autometers for years, for the most part, they're pretty accurate and come in a wide variety of styles and designs... cost effective too.. unless you go electric, which in most cases is recommended, even then, the prices wont kill you.

Awesome, they are not. Compared to my brother's Defis they are nothing.

Its obvious the lighting is cheap. I mean is a $30 gauge.

$30? The prosport premiums *which is what they run* are like $80, maybe get a gauge that's not the cheapest one they have?
