Compressor Surge ka24det
so yeah tonight was a great night..my cars almost done..just needs the bushings i bought..A TUNE by emanage...and tires for my rims...oh and some seats and hopefully a paint job...
today we finally got my clutch bleeded out..i turned the motor on for the first time and after idling for 10 minutes and warming up i wanted to hear my bov( lol) wen it revved up the bov didnt go out..it sounded like it did but it didnt..my air filter went off instead...it was a low sound like a bov but there was a sound fluttering in the air filter..idk wat to do but it sucks cause i heared compressor surge is bad so if anyone has an idea i would appreciate it..

Serious note: What bov is it? What is it idling at? Why are you trying to hear your bov not under load to make noises?

If it is a large turbo (t3/t04e) it probably wont blow off when the car is not under load.
