Car has Power even when the key is out?
Before I tucked my fender harness I hit a dip at like 80mph and instantly melted about 8 wires together, two of which were power wires for the ignition. For two days until I fixed it I had to stall the car and then disconnect the battery lol.
So check your ECU like Ep said cause that's easy to swap with someone real quick for a test. Then starting at your switch, follow the power wires through the driver fender (where I rubbed through) all the way across under the core support to the passenger fuse box etc. Wiring diagrams will be your best friend.
Good luck.
