It measures your car's air fuel ratio using an oxygen sensor placed in the exhaust... lol
It can also data log air fuel ratios, simulate a narrow band oxygen signal, and a bunch of other stuff I haven't figured out to use yet.
I'm sure epstein knows a lot more about its features and capability than I do. I think he runs one as well in conjunction with nissan datascan.
I use it mainly as a first warning if my afr is going lean or too rich.

anyone that actually thinks there shit runs good on a enthalpy mail order rom tune needs to take there shit to a REAL tuner, and / life

Martin is one of the most " REAL " tuners out there in the Nissan community
Also. Many people have perfect mail order tunes making big power. Some use a SAFC to fine tune it because the tunes comes rich so they are on the safe side.
