Tuning a Jim Wolf Computer. Who can?

I am looking for someone locally to tune my Jim Wolf program. They ship all their computers out with very conservative tunes. Is there anyone that knows how to crack into the JWT computers?

I can't do it for sure. You need a 16-bit eeprom reader, plus a way to descramble the contents. I'd post up on hybridka or something.
