ok so i have had my car for over a year and ever since i bought it i had to rev the engine up to 3k just to get the alternator to start charging the battery.
i have all the grounds grounded and a brand new alternator and still does it so any info would be nice

 

get a new car aron nissans dont like u one bit

 

bump i hate having to get gas then start it a rev the car just to get the alternator going

 

Tighten your belt or something.

My friend's G20 does the same thing and I think he just deals with it.

 

damn between my fuel pump and e-fan it only runs for maybe 10min tops..
and when its this cold i hate having to rev it up to 3k before my motor warms up.

 

you have a wiring issue somewhere trace the reg wires thats where you will find your issue

 

put a wire going to ur positive on ur batt and the other side to the posi on the alty.

 

it's your cars way of saying buy a honda!
