why don't my pop-ups work?

why don't my pop-ups work?

-all the relays/fuses were changed
-switch was checked
-motors are good

they go up (if manually put down) but will not go down

why?

There's a big switch box gizzmo on the side of the pop-up. It's part of the motor assembly. That part is bad. Been there, done that.

Mine do the same thing, my switch is good. But if you barely press the switch they will go down.

Tried 3 different switches they all do the same thing =\
