I agree with Martin. The stock head gasket and head bolts are good up until about 24 psi at which point the head starts to lift a little and the head gasket can blow. Of course this is running 24 psi with detonation totally under control! That means race gas and/or water injection.
If you do install that metal head gasket make sure to use brand new head bolts. The OEM head bolts are known as torque to yield or stretch bolts. Once they are used they are *very* likely to be stretched too much and they will not provide the proper clamping force on the head the second time they are used.
Also when using a metal head gasket is is very important to have an extremely clean perfect sealing surface on the deck surface of the block and on the head. Have a machine shop measure the head surface for warpage and check the deck surface with a precision straight edge for warpage as well.

Thanks for the info I already got the part number for the ARP studs and was ready to order them. Im kinda leaning against it if I can get my $230 back...
