speed sensor! need help...
Ok this may be really simple for some of you but when it comes to wires it kind of gives me a head ace. Anyways ever sence i got my car the speedo has not worked... i really want to get it working but im kind of need of help.
First of all how does the connection work? Is there 3 wires that come out of the gauge cluster and 2 of those connect to the speed sensor and one goes to the ECU right? Im talking about a S13 w sr20det if that matters.
What i know for fact is that on the ECU pin 32 which is a yellow and green wire and is for vehicle speed sensor is not there! seems like the previous owner removed it for some reason... can i still make the gauge cluster reed my speed whitout that wire been there?
Any info is more then welcome! Thanks!

Speed sensor is easy.
2 wires come out of the sensor on the trans. They run to the cluster. They travel across the lower engine harness, into the engine bay (not engine) harness, around the front of the car to the super multiple junction, and into the cluster harness. The gauge gets the speed from the sensor directly. I think the wires are yellow/black and yellow/blue, so check them where the lower harness connects by the relay box.
The ECU is actually driven by the cluster. That wire is yellow/green. If this wire is missing, the ECU won't know how fast you're going but the cluster will still work. That wire comes down the body harness to the F1 dash plug, and down to the ECU.
