Default blitz access ecu question

i have a question about an ecu that i might buy off of someone its a blitz access ecu thats from a redtop sr i have a black top sr my ecu makes my car run like shit...

ive swaped my ecu out with another and it runs fine but i came arcross this

Boost-up tunes are usually just revised maps and limits, but with stock injectors and stock mafs. Sounds like it'll be fine on your car.

i have /had one of these "stage 1" tuned ECU's, they really wake the car up, and if it's a Blitz tune, you know it's not garbage, i'd rock the daylights out of it!!

Japandy is awesome. He's been around forever... I dunno if I'd pay $350 for a generic tune. What does enthalpy charge for a more specific tune? Might be worthwhile saving up and getting injectors/maf and going with something tailored for your setup. Stock injectors and maf really limits your HP.

Epstein/Chris does ecu tuning for Racing Service Enthalpy looks like pricing is $500 for their tunes.

Chask.... no it's not worth it for $300.. nice, yes, but not worth $300-$350 for what it is...

for $60 shipped i'll sell you my GRID board, and you can have it installed in your own ECU cheap, and have the same thing.... it's a "stage 1" tune as well.... i would say wait to get a enthalpy tune till you get larger injectors, grande turbo, and a Z maf...

just my $.02

Pricing is $400 for all tunes, but $500 if you need something with an adapter (S14 KA).

We don't do stock mafs/injectors tunes because there's no power to be gained. Stock setup will do 250whp with a boost controller on stock ECU with plenty of safety. A ROM tune isn't going to overcome a maxed out turbo and make more power.
