SR wont move???

SR wont move???
so i have taken the tranny out and checked everything and put it back with new seals and gaskets but before and now it still wont get in to gear..i can place it in any gear pressing the gas wont make it move and even if the clutch is completely released the car wont die anyone know why????

nope when i took the tranny out i looked at everything and it was fine...i was thinkin is there any plugs the specifically need to be plugged that matter to that cuz there only 2 plugs that connect to my tranny that originally always were plugged

^ no and you wouldnt be able to tell if your imput shaft was snapped by just looking at it... you'd have to put it in gear, stick the driveshaft in, spin it, and see if the imput shaft will spin.

thank you thats more specific ill have to try that but now that i put the transmission back now its gunna be more pain in the ass lol

What I would do is put your trans in gear, unbolt the driveshaft from the diff and see if you can turn it. If you can, there's issues in the trans itself. You shouldn't be able to spin your driveshaft if the trans is in gear attached to the motor.

ya slave is new and have pressure but also forgot to mention i switched my tranny with a ka tranny from a running car but im going to have to check what u said out tomorrow i got to leave for the rays game =] lol
