Default Z32 Rear Ebrake cables

Finding lots of info on hacking Z32 stuff in to work, i've seen mention that R32 cables are for S13's, and R33 cables are the way to go with an S14, yet other info that R33 cables are for S13's.

Do either of them fit an S13 directly, no cutting, adapting, and follow stock routing, etc, and if so which.

I would imagine that if you could find R32 cables, they'd be perfect. What the common S13 "solution" is, is to use Z32 2+0 cables. I've used 2+2 cables and they're long enough, but won't bolt directly on. You have to reroute them (all Z32 cables) over the subframe as well. Not a big deal, though.

I just got done doing this 2 days ago and used the z cables, had to reroute them over the subframe and out of the way but they worked fine.

Use the adapters... They are like 6-8inches long and make the S13 cables work on the Z32 calipers... Here's the link, eBay Motors: S13 240SX E-BRAKE EXTENSION KIT W/ Z32 CALIPER (item 220400886403 end time May-21-09 20:23:32 PDT)

^ sounds like a fun story, do tell...

I wouldn't use the extensions if you are going to use your e-brake for more than just parking.... you'd be better off just using the z cables and re-routing them or hunting down the r32 cables.

Back from the dead! Can anyone who still frequents this God forsaken place tell me what the overall length of the 2+2 cables are, please.
