NGK Iriduims, the 7's or 8's i believe, for a stock motor, higher boost you'll want a colder plug...

NGK BKR7E
Or NGK BKR6E

Putting $7 ea spark plugs in an engine you havent got up and running properly is stupid.

Z28ricer is right. NGK BKR6E is what a stock motor uses. A nice cheap, hot, copper plug. Should be about $2 a piece. Do not get the ones that end in -11.

heat range 7 is for 300-450whp cars. heat range 8 is for more. The plugs get colder as the number goes up. You want the hottest plug you can run without preignition. That'll get you the most power, best fuel economy, and best around town driving.
