tranny question
lololol.... like there's any difference between a truck motor in a S chassis, and a truck motor in a truck....
i don't know the answer to your question, but some simple things you can do yourself to check is measure from the bellhousing (where it meets the motor) to the bolts in the tranny mounts, and to the bolt holes on the frame.... that should give you a proper length....
i'm 90% sure that the motor and trans in either car are roughly exactly the same, the only thing i can foresee is you might, and MIGHT need to use the crossmember from the frontier.... give it a go, and see what happens...
put a jackstand under the end of the tranny, pull the k member and size it up to the KA/Schassis k member... i'm not sure alot of people on here have experience with the actual truck motor from the truck, and not the truck motor in the S chassis

ok this post is not for me. my moms bf has a 96 frontier w/ a tranny that needs to be rebuilt. i was looking at the f/s threads and saw a couple ka trannys for less than it would cost to rebuild his. but its not a direct bolt in, and im not spending any time in trying to have a driveshaft made. thanks for the help. mods delete
