i checked the harness out when i got the car i didnt see any splices or anything so i dont think its electrical

Check the injectors... Might even try a tank of non-ethanol if you can get it.

Sticky injectors or dying injector o-rings.

Yeah, KA's have no balls up top. If the guys said something about cams, I'd be worried that either they're the shorter duration S14 cams, or they're in wrong. There's some combination of off a tooth that will give great low end and crap top end.

ya im pretty sure ill have to have some one retime it i dont kno how to do all that the whole nissan thing is kinda new to me but ya first thing that cam to mind was him talkin about the timing being fucked with

Twin S13 exhaust cams, 2 teeth clockwise on the exhaust is the way they say it works. it's 248/248 at that setup

see i was told 4 teeth counter clock wise on the intake cam when you put the exhaust cam in....n the cams are stock exhaust n intake cam...i haven't done the exhaust cam mod yet

ka's no topend mine had good low end but fell on its face after 5k
which is why im gunna start tuning nissan ecus lol

3.5 VQDE suffers from this same thing, good low end power falls on its face around 5500.

vq is the 350z/g35 motor correct...lol i beg to differ before my boy turbo'd his it had like all external bolt ons and its pulled really hard from like 4800^

this is it hks hi-power exhaust,aftermarket resonators,test pipe,plenium spacer,& a Z-tube...this is it from a dig from 49th st & im inbetween 52nd & 53rd car to me sounds n felt like it had more power from mid to top but of course low to cause its tourqy
