Strut front, 5 link rear. 220hp 2.0T, Track and "R" packages. 6 speed and RWD, brembos.. and the Koreans don't have hatred for the Americans so they will bring the turbo and hot versions here.

I love Nissan. don't get me wrong. but the stupidest thing they ever did was not sell a proper S Chassis car here. the largest car market in the world. if they marketed and built a following (like in all right hand drive countries) we'd all be driving S16's now and Hyundai would not be making this move.

 

im almost happy they didnt make s16's, im not so sure they would look to slick...

very true the first year on any new car can be filled with bug's and bad voodoo but from what Iv been reading over the years is the engine is basicaly an evo8 engine but the part iv been kinda confused on is if they are actualy releasing the tib. or is it going to be the gen?
but the good part about the engine is if it is infact going to be turned out with the evo8 engine that would be awsome! it's a sound engine and take's well to simple bolt-on's and more boost! and one of the first evo8's I builtup was putting out a little over 500whp! with stock inetrnals as well as the top feed injector's are alway's a plus in my book due to cost LOL nut here's for hoping they stick to there gun's!

Anyone who has owned a DSM can tell you this car is a really bad idea.

 

the magic term, "low pressure turbo" 220hp so while I'm sure that 100,000 mile warranty will be void as soon as any of us even consider putting a down payment on one. it should be a boost controller away from +40-50 hp

and art: while Hyundai did have their own version of the Mitsu engines. I think this was the one they co-developed with Mitsu, and dodge. so it should be closer to the Evo X.

what we do know it's 86mm x 86mm perfectly square engine. (like all the famous 2.0t's we love, Subaru excluded)
