Im trying to do a 5 speed swap on my s14 and i just want to know if there are any identification marks or visual diference to tell between an s14 and s13 trany, i have done s13 5 speed swaps before but i just wanna make sure that im getting an s14 trany, ( even though i think either of them should work on my kouki ) aqnd i think there is an extra plug on the bell housing of the s14 trany because of obd2,

any other info would be appriciated,

s14 trans has a crank angle sensor at the top of the tranny that s13s dont. you can use an s13 trans but you have to swap out the speed sensors and because of the missing CAS youll get a CEL.
