Does this bother you?

If your 240 is smoking?
Will it eventually stop?( car has been sitting for awhile)

depends why its smoking.

if its been sitting for a while and didnt smoke too much in the past you probably have the ever so common bad valve stem seals.

it only smokes when you take off, but when your driving theres no smoke(well cant see it)

im pretty sure you can replace them without taking head off but i wouldn't worry about it, just keep an eye on your oil level.

Alright, I just hate when it smokes.
annnddd,I cant figure out how to turn my idle down, the idle screw doesnt work...it idles at 1500 and goes down to 1000 and goes back up to 1500.

if its fluctuating you might have a vacuum leak. you want the idle around 750/850.

could also be your ICV. maybe clean the maf? idk.
