Always have....Always will.
In China they do not recognize copyright laws and use poor quality materials. You get what you pay for, simple as that

 

Well, what choices do you have now for intake manifolds? You've got whatever Greddy has left, old/used stuff and new knock-offs of questionable quality. Pick and choose because choice one is going away, choice two is going to skyrocket in price leaving us with choice three. Not a good pill to swallow no matter how much Ovaltine you take it with.

 

I'd venture to say a more prevalent problem for them is that everyone is going broke and far fewer people have money to mod their cars.

I bet Greddy will go through a restructuring period, production will drop and they'll just sell off their inventory. Once they get their internal issues straightened out they'll be back. If that doesn't happen though I guess my Greddy Type-S bov will be worth more. lol.

 

greddy isn't what it used to be years ago either. they used to be "the" name, but lately the only stuff i think is any decent is the exhausts. man i miss the old SP exhaust for the S14. 65mm, but sounded more perfect than anything since, for n/a at least. their strut bars are pretty beefy too, at half the price of the cusco.

but the bov's have been hit or miss, people are ditching piston design alot more, and their other products have always been a little overpriced. guess the china market has had an effect.

their intercoolers were nice too, before people realized you could get others for half the price.




lol i bet the 'gravity' wheel line did them in. no one bought those damn things.

 

So if greddy goes under, who will your cheap china manufactures copy?

100% all legit parts, even though it was kind of haggard, it was still nice.
