Default s13 sr problems please help

ok, i just swapped my s13 with a s13 black top sr, mostly stock, just has a mani, dp, front mount and greddy bov. got everthing hooked up and started it first try. it idles fine but under any load it bucks and there is no power like it has a boost leak. i have been over and over the ic piping and there are no leaks. as soon as i try to give it gas it just doesnt want to do anything except buck, sputter, and go no where. i can barely drive it around the block. i unplugged the maf and the motor almost dies so the maf is working.. i am stumped and i need the car for work on monday. anyone have any ideas?
