if you could afford the Z, then you better have one sick ass 240....
or at least planning one sick ass, $40k, 240.
then, it depends on what you want. A 40 grand 240 would out perform the stock Z anyday. probably even backwards and in the rain...
At 40 grand, you've either built one sick race car, or one sick street car. Either way you look at it, throwing 40 grand at a 240 would yield one sick car.
So with all that said,
I'm not exactly sure what we're trying to talk about.....

true true, but if your credit is good enough to get a loan for a car, then why not get a loan to build a car?
i guess having a parent or someone with credit and collateral co sign isn't an option...

well lets see

the 240sx is my 2nd car i bought her with my own money 1250 cash when i was 17
bout 6 months of driving and it died
spent 6 months getting parts and money saved up
got finished last week

but during the 6mo of recovery my buddy let me drive his z a couple time's and i loved it

now the 240 isnt cutting it
i still love her but i want a z bad

now im 18 have worked for PMT for 8mo
and have bout 3g in the bank as a grad present form my uncle and he wants me to use it on a car or fix my car

get the Z, its a good price if its in good shape and decent miles.

then you can keep the 240 to beat on
