The resistor that goes bad is in the cluster. but that is in series to the HUD so once that stops working the hud stops working.

so your saying try finding the one in the cluster first and replace it seeing it is in rely from it correct? then if it (HUD) still does not work replace the HUD one

alright quagmire, umm i wont be out and about till tuesday so...thats when i get paid and im going to pull all or some of the 5spd shit depending on how much they want..
